The bedroom are all good, clean and the bathroom is spotless and very clean. We are happy with this chained hotel and recommend to friends for this hotel to our friends when we come back to Australia. The staff are nice, helpful (especially for Robert and his two sons who work in the restaurant) and cheerful when we need their help, I rated them 10/10. The restaurant provided good quality food, although the meal price is quite costly but understandable that the cost of living in NZ is quite pricey. Love to come back in the future.
