ホテルのスタッフ親切で、朝食の時も丁寧な案内で家族がみんなすごく喜んでくれた事！ とにかく楽しみました、ある事を除いて・・・

ホテル内に設置されて居るコンビニエンスストアのローソン？のスタッフの態度の悪さには驚きました！！ こちらが聞いた事がとてもめんどくさそうに対応を受けせっかくヒルトンでウキウキな気分が台無しに成りました。 あんなスタッフは裏にでも回して接客させないでください！！！！

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und hatte einen Fitness-und Saunabereich sowie einen eigenen Arzt. Leider kostete das Bad und Sauna extra und das nicht wenig. Aber ansonsten rundum empfehlenswert.

Die Lage war für nicht Parkbesucher unvorteilhaft. Aber da es ja eig. eher darauf abzielt kann man es nicht als Nachteil auslegen.

One stop from Disneyland

Bit dated, linen not as luxe as previous Hilton stay in Tokyo. Not much of a lobby.

Staff are nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms have a decent size, and you can sit and relax together in the evening, either in the bar or in your room. There is a convenience store open until 11 p.m. for those late night cravings. Handy to Disneysea. Airport Limousine pick up.

We made the mistake of booking the dinner buffet. Most of the food was cold. It's not worth the 6600 yen.

夕、朝食をビュッフェレストランでいただいたが、1人無愛想なホールスタッフがいた。 周りのスタッフが明るく丁寧なだけあって、余計に目立っていた。

The hotel had a vast array of facilities and restaurants. All of our interactions with the staff were friendly and accommodating.

El hotel se ve viejo, el aire acondicionado del cuarto no funcionaba bien, nos tuvieron que prestar un ventilador para que fluyera el aire. No había batas de baño, varias de las cosas se tenían que pedir a recepción. La cafetera del cuarto no funcionaba del todo bien

ステーションも目の前で普通に歩いてでも行ける距離ですが、小さい子供も一緒なので送迎バスがあるのは凄く良かったです。 朝食ブュッフェも種類が多くて美味しくて毎朝楽しみでした。

パークビューのお部屋にしましたが、部屋の場所にもよるかもしれませんが、それほどパークは見えなかったので特にこだわる必要はなかったなと思いました。

Great location if visiting Disney. The room was large (although the bathroom was a bit tight), and the 24-hour convenience store is really handy. Great fitness centre.

There was a delay in getting our room even though we arrived after the check-in time which was a little disappointing. There are lots of food options but not available everyday and operating hours don't necessarily align with the time you head off to or return from Disney.

The room was lovely and had a wonderful view looking out to the bay and Tokyo. It was reasonably spacious and had a heavenly bathroom. The breakfast options were reasonable for western tastes and even in a pinch, there were not one but two Lawsons' convenience stores

About us: 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 2 yo) Location: being one of the affiliated disney hotels, location is excellent, only a short 5min walk to Bayside station. There are free shuttle buses that go to Bayside station, as well as shuttle buses that go to JR Maihama station. These buses are disney themed with Mickey windows and seats. The hotel is in between the Toy story hotel and Hotel Grand Nikko. The room: super spacious. Coming from hotel rooms in central tokyo, these rooms are WAY more spacious and even comes with a seating area with table and views to tokyo bay. Bath and shower combo is big and the beds are very comfortable and easily fit 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds are comfortable and the rooms super clean Staff are amazingly friendly and will even try to help you in english. If they don’t speak English, most will have a portable translator to help you. We have stayed at Grand Nikko and the disney ambassador hotel, and the service here was better than those two by far. There is a yamato transport counter right at the hotel, they charge an extra 500yen but make luggage transport super easy. We had our luggage delivered here and then forwarded on to our next hotel so we didn’t need to lug it with us as we explored. For those that have never done this, it is a game changer when travelling with kids and not needing to lug your luggage with you on trains and shinkansen. There is a convenience store located right in the hotel so you can stock up on snacks and drinks. Quick tip, onigiri will be totally raided at night when everyone returns after the disney parks close. Buy these earlier in the day if you don’t want to miss out. There is a disney store located in the hotel which stocks some of the same merchandise as the disney stores in the parks which is another bonus if you want to avoid the crowds. Transfers to Haneda airport and Narita can be organised directly from the hotel, saving you a lot of hassle.

Nothing. This hotel is exceptional and well worth it. I recommend this over the disney themed hotels such as toy story, disneyland hotel, ambassador and hotel miracosta. Not only is it more affordable, but I preferred the room size and amenities in comparison.

It was very luxurious and the perfect place to start and end our busy days at Disneyland and Disneysea.

The breakfast could be better. It’s ok, just not great.

アレルギー対応がありがたかった

化粧水などアメニティがなかった 外観の工事のため障子を空けてはいけない時間があった事を事前に伝えられてなかったので残念だった

The staff went above and beyond. We arrived a little early to check our bags in at the cloak room since room check-ins were hours away and we had places to explore. The reception staff checked us in early, gave us our card keys in advance and arranged for all our baggage to be delivered and set down in our rooms once the rooms were ready. They gave us a nice send off and we were on our merry way to explore the surrounding area, which we did, and so with our room keys in hand. we got back well after the originally scheduled check-in time. We were able to fit more into our day than expected.

The bathrooms look gorgeous but sometimes the taps are faulty. Shower-Curtain-Phobia makes it impossible to keep the shower water in its intended place.

I booked Hilton thinking there would not be a communication problem. It was hard for me ask questions and get answers.

洗面所が狭い 朝食のブッフェは、種類が少なく、味もイマイチ ホテル内の飲食店　全体的に高く、リーズナブルなレストランが欲しかった

お風呂とトイレ洗面所が一緒で大勢で一部屋なので 1人がお風呂に入るとトイレ、洗面所が使えないのでふじゅうでした！

部屋から花火が見れた。スタッフの対応もよかった。 喫煙室があった。 かわいい部屋で子供達も満足でした 　　

コンビニが無人だったのでタバコが買えなかった 部屋の照明の方法がよくわからなかった。

됴쿄 디즈니랜드 이용시 호텔의 접근성이 좋아서 디즈니랜드의 불꽃놀이를 보고 숙소에 들어와도 피곤하지 않았음, 바다 전망으로 인해 매우 기억에 남는 추억이 생김. 12월 크리스마스임에도 날씨가 매우 좋아서 후지산 정상이 보였음. 철새떼가 떼지어 날으는 모습, 밤에는 다리에 불이 켜진 모습도 매우 인상적이었음. 1층에 있는 편의점에 식사간편식이 다양하게 있어 굳이 레스토랑을 이용할 필요성을 못 느낄 정도였음. 항상 음식이 채워져 있어 디즈니랜드 클로즈시간에 나와서 호텔에 도착해 편의점에 가도 당일에 배치된 다양한 간편식을 구매할 수 있었음.

호텔의 가격대비 호텔의 시설을 마음껏 못 즐겨서 아쉬웠음. 체크인 시간전에 가서 당일 호텔을 즐기고 익일에 디즈니랜드를 가기를 추천함.
