The people at the check in where very kind and empathic, we had a very rough day so it was nice they could catch us a bit. We might have startled them a bit with the whole story of the incident we had but they stayed very calm and kind.

Good parking, Friendly staff. Quiet location.
Limited public transport to Sion centre. Roughly a 25 minute walk.

Breakfast could be better, maybe some warm meals.
I suggest to add a fridge to the room.

The hotel has s small but pleasant. Very nice bar and restaurant with nice outdoor seating. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

When I arrived the room given was not cleaned. and the new room given had 2 single beds instead of 1 Queen size bed.
However, received a welcome drink and the staff was very helpful

my heater didn’t work. was not cold, but a little chilly. try2 times to fix but still didn’t work.

Nice hotel, good value and lovely area. Only stayed one night but would stay again for sure.

room is actually comfortable but the shower was terrible.. maybe it’d be good to clean up those drains.. the bathroom almost flooded

Staff was super nice, always trying to please
the hotel was quite far from downtown and beds were not so comfortable, specially the pillow. Breakfast was very simple taking into account the cost.

It was a bit further away from tourists' spots and downtown.
However, it is very close to express way.
