Breakfast was excellent. A choice of hot and also continental breakfast was made available. The room and balcony was gorgeous and extremely clean and cozy. We also really appreciated that the woman allowed us to check in earlier than expected. Would definitely stay here again

I liked the nice walks around the hotel; clean air, local shop keepers were polite. I liked the coffee at the hotel.
Out of date furniture, dusty carpets, no wi fi in rooms, no fridge in the room (one cannot put his/her medication and soft drinks in a fridge). The evacuation procedure is in German. It could be a safety issue.

Perfect location
We were shipped parcel, with specifically addressed name, someone took the parcel and the hotel staff didn't even replied regarding the parcel.

Fabulous Swiss hotel … the rooms are lovely
Only thing I can say is the bath towel was a little small

it's a bit outside of the city - but in the end it's only 1.2 km far from the centre, so absolutely manageable by walk

The hotel and the room are very spacious, very clean, and although 15min walking from the Center, it’s a good value for money
I think they can make more clear the reception is closed before the checkin time since I was expecting to leave my baggage there

People are so welcoming and the room super cozy. The hotel is situated in a very charming area of the city.

The property is awesome though at a little distance from the city center but worth a deal. Breakfast is good, rooms are super clean and big.

The staff person was not friendly, we arrived at 1pm and nobody was there. After waiting for 10min we called the hotel’s phone number and they answered that the check in was at 3pm so they were not going to receive us until that time. We asked if we could at least leave our luggage there and the answer was “leave it there and we will close the main door”. After that, the service in general was more or less the same, not friendly and not willing to help

Our room was very big, which was great, and had a nice terrace. Friendly and flexible staff.
Breakfast was ok, I guess because of Covid more limited.
