The staff were friendly and the rooms were good. It was big airy and had huge windows which meant that it was bright. There was plenty of hot water . Loved the tea and coffee they provided us. The rooms were very different from what I expected when I saw the outside. Very pleasantly surprised.
The towels were clean but a little thread bare. I got new towels as soon as requested. The shower panels needed a little adjustment.
The outside of the building looks dusty and a little run down. So was aprehensive about the rooms when I saw the outside.

The hotel is very centrally located on the Pest side of the city near trams, buses, and the metro. You are in walking distance of hundreds of restaurants and very close to the river. You can get anywhere within the city from the hotel probably within 20-30 minutes.
The hot tub was great and had a shower head attached but the switch to use the shower head was stuck. Not ideal.
