HTL City Baires

The breakfast was DELICIOUS, and the room was very nice. We really enjoyed staying at the hotel. The location was very strategic, and everything was very clean. The assistance was great.

L'insistenza nella richiesta dell'orario della colazione il giorno precedente. Quando sono in vacanza non so a che ora voglio svegliarmi per fare colazione, devo sapere che posso farla nell'arco delle 3 o 4 ore disponibili, invece ho dovuto mettere la sveglia. Bagno piccolo

The staff at the reception and breakfast were wonderful friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The breakfast was great, and the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring Buenos Aires.

The check-in process was extremely slow and complicated; it took almost 40 minutes. You have to download an app in order to create a virtual key just to enter your room. The payment system was also very poor Booking.com charged me for the first night two days before arrival, then upon check-in the hotel charged me again for the first night plus all additional nights. I then had to wait three days for the refund of the first night, because, as they explained, they cannot simply charge the difference but must process the entire amount again.
