Palazzo Ripetta

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. We were greeted by name every time we passed through the lobby, and they helped us cheerfully with lots of small things like reservations and rebooking a missed train. The property is beautiful. My aunt compared the rooms to the Ritz. Felt very luxurious, certainly worth the price. And the location is great. Really safe and walkable to all the main sites, but outside of the tourist throng. Would recommend to anyone, and would stay again even though I rarely repeat hotels.

This is just about the restaurant in the hotel and not the hotel itself. We tried the tasting menu... It was way too experimental for us. Some very strong flavors, and not ones we particularly enjoyed.

That there is no spa

Loved my room! Beautiful suite with all the amenities - walk in closet, gorgeous standalone bathtub. The common areas also beautifully appointed - with stunning artwork and tasteful decor

Very little. I do believe they could make the outside space more attractive as very few hotels have such spaces.
