Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon

We loved every moment of our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the service was exceptional, and the valet staff in the otopark were especially helpful and welcoming.

There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property. We loved every aspect of our stay.

Near clean very beautiful decorations also breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices The staff speaks fluent English Wich is rare in turkey

Prices a little bit high but worth it , the wifi stops with time of check out even though I requested a late check out

Nothing all was great

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was generally comfortable. The location is also convenient for exploring Trabzon.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall level of service. When we arrived at around 8:30 PM on September 23rd, the floor and tables in our room had not been properly cleaned. We immediately contacted reception and someone came to clean the room, which we appreciated. However, because the floor had just been mopped, we had to wait until it dried and could only properly settle into the room around 10 PM. We reported this to the hotel the following morning, but surprisingly only received a response on September 26th, one day after we had already checked out. The hotel offered an upgrade on a future stay as compensation, which unfortunately is of little use to us. We would have expected a more appropriate gesture during our actual stay. The hotel also feels quite outdated. The bathroom ventilation did not work properly and the bathroom door could not be closed. Service in the breakfast area was disappointing. Staff did not respond when we greeted them, and it was unclear how breakfast reservations were checked. The wellness area was also an uncomfortable experience: a man in regular clothes appeared and simply stood there without introducing himself, leaving us to ask whether he worked there. The reception staff were friendly, but overall the level of service did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel. The slogan at reception says “Mükemmellik bizim işimiz” (“Excellence is our business”), but unfortunately our experience did not reflect this.
