Excellent location, cleanliness, comfort, kindness of the owners.
Many tourist attractions in the area : Grossglockneralpinstrase , City of Salzburg, The Eagle`s Nest, National Park Berchtesgaden, Konigssee lake, Rupertus Therme, Zell am See, Krimml Waterfalls, the city of Munchen.

The location is excellent for daytrips to surrounding areas.
The mattresses were too soft for us, however this is a personal preference. What we missed is a broom to clean the floor as we stayed 5 days with two kids and would have liked to clean the floor ourselves. Other than that everything was perfect!

Really exceptional breakfast! Quiet room with a great view. Super friendly hosts.

The staff was amazing - one of them hung my washing and then folded it and placed it on my bed. It was exceptional service.
