Location
Its a dated hotel, with lots of potential. Staff was great.

Great breakfast, room was ok and the staff were great. they provide a place to change into your ski gear when you arrive earlier than checkin time.
Location is perfect

This reasonably priced hotel is perfect for a trip to Sierra Nevada - it is ideally located in the centre of the ski village, right next to the ski lift. It is clean, comfortable, warm with plenty of hot water and provides a very good breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. In short, it provides everything you need for a family ski trip.
I don't have any negative comments

The location is absolutely excellent. The rooms were spacious and super warm but controllable in the room thermostats. The buffet restaurant is very good. The booking in procedure was quick and friendly and it’s very convenient to have direct access to the car park, especially in bad weather.
There is nothing I didn’t like.
