Gentilissima la receptionist, ci ha fornito indicazioni e materiale turistico. Ottimo il parcheggio gratuito intorno alla struttura e simpatico anche il centro commerciale lì accanto. Ottima base per raggiungere Gibilterra in auto e usufruire di una buonissima colazione. Camera ampia e pulita.

Una delle due stanze aveva il pavimento molto rovinato, avevamo paura di prendere delle schegge quindi stavamo molto attenti ad utilizzare sempre ciabatte. Il problema sembrava dovuto ad allagamento che ha fatto sollevare il pavimento in legno.

The building is modern and comfortable. The rooms have clean lines and simple furniture, no art, no frills, but still everything you might need like USB ports and a refrigerator and good linens. The room we ended up with was lovely with great water pressure and hot water in the shower. The front desk people were outstanding and kind.

The building needs some maintenance. When you first walk in there are public toilets on the right with the door open and a slight sewage smell. It's a rough way to start! Our first room reeked of smoke, so we had to change rooms. Our second room had an air-conditioner drain leak so there was water dripping all over the floor. The front desk was very kind and amenable and they gave us a very nice extra-large room for all the trouble, and it was great! It was a little dark, but I don't mind that at all. Note that you cannot turn the AC below 21º, so if you like a colder room you'll have to wait for the winter. Indoor secured parking was €13 but we found ample street parking across the street and it was fine for our purposes. There's not a lot to eat in the area (Foster's Hollywood is around the corner) but we we liked Cafe Maria for an authentic Spanish meal. You'll need a car to get to the beaches or Gibraltar, but it's only about 20 minutes away.

the smell was terrible, the door and the curtains were damaged, the parking is expensive and the card does not open the door, you have to ring reception every time. the breakfast is overpriced with limited options.
