The beds are comfortable
I loved the bad with the lions feet
The best was the opulent breakfast
... and the friendly staff
Tunbridge Wells itself is a pleasant town
it serves as starting point for many day trips in West Kent and East Sussex
We were quite happy at the Royal Wells Hotel

Beautiful decor and comfortable dining room. The staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The bedrooms were really good with everything there for a comfortable stay. Tea/coffee etc. there was a coffee machine for those who prefer ‘proper’ coffee.
The pillows were so hard, it’s like sleeping on a rock!

Good location
Put on a floor with dogs, woken by barking from the room next door on both nights.
