Good location and rooms are clean just a bit dated
Restaurant staff were lacking attentiveness, appreciate our Was late and there seem to be a distinct lack of interest in what they were doing. I always feel that with restaurant staff the older generation have more customer service skills, unfortunately the staff were Young and seemed to Lack experience talking with customers. There was also a robot patrolling the restaurant which seemed odd as it moved around, but didn’t do an awful lot.

I didn’t like the dark pool area, no natural light. Just felt a bit clinical like I was at my local gym. Overall pretty mediocre, it’s not somewhere to experience luxury or be amazed by anything it has on offer. The staff were run off their feet during breakfast time. The owner should employ more staff. Breakfast was ok.
