We had a very large king room with a very comfortable bed. The staff are all professional and friendly. The location near the river and in Chartrons is perfect for us.
The room was described as having a sofa but this had been converted into beds which we didn’t need. We arrived very late at night and the check in took longer than it should when we were very tired. The lighting is too little in a large, darkly painted room.

I hadn't come across the Indigo brand of IHG before but would certainly look at again.
I chose the hotel based on review comments indicating a good location and a very good breakfast on the panoramic terrace as well as photos of bright, attractive decor and I was not disappointed. It was a lovely way to start the day and we also spent an evening on the terrace, watching life on the river. The hotel is in a pleasant area and conveniently located to easily walk or take the tram to all the sights. The shower was good.
One of the lifts couldn't open on our floor throughout the six night stay - but at least there was clear signage.
The shower water went all over the bathroom floor - but we resolved it after the first time with a rolled up towel solution!

The location, the staff!
The fact that we could not use the roof deck/bar and that the photos in the ad did not match up with the actual hotel look!
