Staff went above and beyond for us after we booked and arrived around midnight due to previous booked accommodation through booking.com not providing a correct keysafe and owner not being contactable, leaving us stranded 3 hours from home. Couldn't ask more of the staff at this hotel! Rooms were clean, shower hot, beds comfy.
Shame that car parking is not included if booking through a 3rd party and is £9.

Great location ideal for forgetting the train close to all food outlets
Didn’t think the mattress was particularly comfortable and the pillars weren’t that comfortable

Such a lovely, warm and welcoming hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive, and really took the time to make guests feel comfortable and looked after. Everything was very clean, cosy and well cared for, which made the whole place feel homely and relaxing.
The food in the restaurant was excellent too, with great service and attention to detail. A really heartwarming place with lovely people and a wonderful atmosphere. Highly recommended.
