Nice comfortable hotel, comfortable bed and clean, lovely bathroom and plenty of hot water, good refreshments in the room.
Basic food

Lovely setting and the room was a good size with all the facilities you could need.
Smart TV with apps etc which are a great for those that do not want to watch standard TV.
Food in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced.
When ordering a double room, it's frustrating when you get 2 single beds that are just pushed together without securing them. No mattress topper either meaning that a ridge and eventually a gap formed between the beds.
It's not something I would expect from a higher class hotel and somewhat made the experience a little disappointing.

Nice attentive staff and excellent breakfast
Room was very dusty with very tired decorative walls , furniture and generally needs an update. Cleaning not great with a used sachet of shower gel from the previous occupancy still in the shower and a stained WC. Pillows marked and spare pillows had no pillow cases also .
