Super schöne moderne Zimmer mit einen traumhaft schönen Badezimmer. Lage ist top und ein super Ausgangspunkt. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist im Zentrum. Personal im Restaurant sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das einzige was uns gar nicht gefallen hat war das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an sich reicht, wir mussten bloß zum Teil eine dreiviertel Stunde auf unser warmes Essen warten. Es kam dann auch nur auf Nachfrage. Personal im Frühstücksraum wirkte durchgehend genervt.

The breakfasts were good, although the coffee was awful, bitter, luke warm and tasted cheap. The staff at the spa were very helpful and chatty, the lemongrass in the sauna was perfect. Room was comfortable and tidy. The water tap in the lobby for refilling your water bottle is an excellent idea.

Beautiful hotel loved the decor. The bar was lovely and had a very good atmosphere. The bedroom was really comfortable and we had a massive bed!

Breakfast was good, no particular aspect that made it any different to what you would expect. It would probably be better value wise and experience wise to go room only and have breakfast outside, especially given the cost to the stay of adding on the breakfast option,

I was the third person in the dining room at 8.05am for breakfast. The person who took my order (she appeared to be the main staff member running the breakfast service) asked if I wanted tea or coffee. several minutes later she was receiving more guests and asking them if they wanted tea or coffee and taking their breakfast orders. I tried to get her attention but she was busy. I decided to go up and ask another waitress who appeared on the floor if I could get a pot of tea. At that point the first waitress looked directly at me. She came down a minute later with the tea and said'...you're a little impatient this morning...' I was embarrassed but just past a remark,...'oh I need my tea in the morning'.... I noticed she had to ask one guest to remind her again whether it was tea or coffee she wanted. Overall I felt she was creating pressure where there was no need. The guests who came in after me had no sooner sat down when she was taking their orders. Her timing just seemed too rushed.
