Characterful and in a great location

It was very well positioned for going into Kingston…excellent secure parking. Our bedroom was very well appointed - tea and coffee…both a coffee pod machine and instant too. Biscuits, fresh milk in the fridge…
A non-slip mat for the shower was great - we always have to ask for one!
As residents we got 15% off food and drinks for the duration of our stay…we did eat at other places but enjoyed a couple of lunches…without fail all the staff were very friendly and helpful…
Can’t wait to return!
Liked everything!

Convent location as I was seeing friends in Hampton wick
Access to bedroom area on the ground floor was not restricted to guests as the self closing mechanism on the door from the public bar was inoperable, exposing a serious security risk for guests.
The “smart tv” facility on the television in my bedroom did not work and a continuous error code returned. Unfortunately, this was not repaired the following day, despite me reporting it.
