L’ arredo della struttura, la musica della sala colazione.
La scelta limitata del gluten free . Il
Porridge e’ un must have . Nessun dolce per colazione ci è’ stato preparato nonostante abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti ed avessi avvisato dell’ esigenza. Questo mi ha delusa.

Lovely classic Victorian hotel in an excellent location near Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Very comfortable beds.

The staff is knowledgeable, caring, and pays attention to accommodate our needs. The hotel is styled to fit the period and architecture. Most importantly, the room and the bed are very comfortable and we managed to get some very good rest.
It is quite pricey but at least matched by the quality and service level.

The location for the Serpentine Gallery, the purpose of the stay, was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet mews and well located for the nearby tube.
Whilst sold as a 5 star hotel in reality it is nearer 4. A supposed "upgrade" of one of the rooms was in actuality a subterranean relocation. The rooms are pleasant but not of a genuinely 5 star standard and neither are the facilities. A breakfast request for fried eggs resulted in two already broken and hard cooked yokes which would never be allowed out of a 5 star hotel kitchen. The staff were all pleasant if a little aloof and the reception area seemed to double as a meeting area in the evenings.
