Food in Hotel was excellent
Best meal - afternoon tea
Staff wonderful
Lounges very comfortable
Hotel in good location
Using the bath - soap was 5 foot away fastened to the wall so I had to stand up use the soap and then sit back down with very display hands and body
Slipped once
Went out and bought bar of soap
Couldn’t have windows open at night due to traffic going past so it was very noisy
Swimming pool was too cold to use. We chose the hotel so I couldnt swim and so didn’t use the pool for the 8 days we were there

Breakfast was excellent
Staff were excelled, turndown service appreciated
Bedroom was poor. Room 132. Horrible view from window. (Effectively windowless room because view was so awful, kelp blind down)
Dimly lit. (Still had a low wattage fluorescent stick lamp as the mail centre light. Replace with LED.
Noisy air con, or room too hot of air con switched off.
Loose bathroom handle.
Old fashioned furnishings and bathroom
Hot water not always hot enough, and early morning. Long wait for it to arrive.
