This is a super little Inn. The rooms have been well thought out, comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower and smart tv. The Holy Trinity! 🙏🏻
The balcony rooms are especially good with glorious views over the common. A scene that hasn’t changed for hundreds of years. Really quite special this close to London.
Sun drenched during the day and a delicious spookiness about it at night.
Staff are excellent, particularly Angela who appears to be everywhere from cooking the breakfast to checking guests in and just about everything in between.
I thought she must have an identical twin sister!
My only misgiving would be the pillows which do let the side down somewhat...
…also a mini fridge in the room would be nice :)

Beautiful room.
I arrived at 7.15pm and was advised the kitchen was closed, so no evening meal available. Breakfast was nice- very small portions though. Staff appeared indifferent and lacking in pleasantries. Pub below was very noisy and the kids going to school were noisy in the morning so not all that peaceful.
