Location within about a mile of the most important attractions. Nice dockside at the back of the hotel. Free parking an absolute bonus. Bedrooms were small, but very clean. Plenty of shelf space, and room under the beds for suitcase. Hanging rail for clothes was just about adequate. Staff were amazingly helpful.
Breakfast was plentiful, but quality only mediocre. Scrambled eggs felt reconstituted. Mushrooms and tomatoes a bit undercooked. There was only low fat yoghurt. However, it set us up for the day, so not really a complaint.

It was clean & tidy. The staff were nice, helpful & friendly.
It was so small, the bathroom especially. My partner is nearly 6ft he had a hard time in the shower, he kept turning off the shower when moving around to wash. The bed was also small but it was comfortable and clean.

Bathroom was small and no wardrobe space for clothes but ok if you’re only staying overnight

Location and parking were reasonable
Very warm, no a/c , winter bedding. Only 2 plug sockets, usb sockets didn't work, bathroom tiny and room very small
