Room and Breakfast excellent
£100 deposit took 4 days to clear from my account

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a nice view from our balcony and the facilities were adequate. Breakfast was freshly cooked and the staff were friendly and professional.
The building itself is rather ugly!

Staff were all friendly, polite & helpful
Very run down from the outside & could do with freshening up a little on the inside.

Location
It looks like alcatraz, had to pay an extra £100 “deposit” on arrival which i was not aware of, as well as getting emails stating i needed to pay for the rooms that i had booked, even though i chose to pay on arrival!!, milk in room was curdled, i asked if it was 24 hour reception (open) and i was told it was, to then have to stand outside for 10 mins waiting to be let in as the door was locked
