A beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff was friendly and exceeded expectations when they tracked down my child’s missing toy and returned it to us. Will return!

my room was incredibly disappointing. The room was notably hotter than the hallway; lights flickering before eventually turning on; very dark room with minimal light due to window being onto a concrete wall with trash collected at the bottom of the window. BOTH shower doors were not fully functional. there were various jarring and disruptive loud noises throughout my stay. I was told there would be room service when I checked in after a long day of traveling at 10:30 pm and asked if I would like to keep a card on file. I used the menu which noted there were room service items available from 9pm-6am and called the number at 11 pm once settled in to arrange room service. I was told I could order once another staff member returned then once they returned was told that room service ended at 10pm. No alternatives were suggested to me until I requested and was told Deliveroo. I would usually do a hostel given my budget but decided to treat myself as I was attending an important course in Dublin temple bar area. I asked for recommendations for food in the area and was told the hotel restaurant with no other suggestions and seemingly no care for guest experience or familiarity with the local area. For a 4-Star hotel in central Dublin, I was incredibly disappointed in the amenities and service as I’ve had better amenities and customer service in most hostels.

Foyer was lovely and the staff were lovely all over.

Shower was ok but the switch seemed to be slightly broken. Bed was very comfortable. Dublin prices are insane at present , so in terms of value for money it is hard to say.

A very stylish and sophisticated hotel right in the middle of everything. I loved the cozy lobby and bar, which was a quiet oasis in the heart of the city. I was amazed that we couldn’t hear any noises from the street outside once we were inside the hotel. The staff were wonderful and I highly recommend the breakfast.

The fleet is an awesome spot to stay in dublin. great location and a really cool vibe SUPER clean and beautiful cozy room. would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, and surprisingly quiet for Temple Bar. Staff was very attentive and the room was very comfortable. I can definitely see myself coming back.

The room could be improved slightly by having outlets by the bed for phone charging and an ironing board.

Went to breakfast around 10.20am told to grab and eat as closing in 10 minutes same for guests at 10.25am it was made clear they would close in 5mins and they had to eat and go. Breakfast was gorgeous, lots of fresh fruit and cold options and lovely hot food breakfast including gluten free. Couldn’t fault it.

The lobby is stunning as well as the Café 1920 that is linked to the hotel. The room was clean and cleaned everyday and the staff was awesome (cleaning staff + hotel staff - café 1920 staff). The breakfast is superbe and we enjoyed going there every morning. There was a lot of choice. The room was not ready when we arrived so we got a free guinness at the bar. The beds are comfortable.

Even though our room was clean, we were on the 1st floor and our room's view was on Price's Lane, which is not the nicest lane in Dublin. It's noisy at nights and it smells a bit awkward at times (kitchen smells). In the morning there are lots of transit (dustbin lorries, bottles...aso...). There was also renovation in the hotel on our floor. The guys were nice but it was noisy too.

The location is excellent and really loved the ambiance of the foyer/bar area.
