Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was a nice assortment.
Right by a bus stop that takes you to the airport - that was nice & easy, 9 euros vs ~40 by taxi. Pretty much the same time.
Room was small but for 2nights it was fine.

Location was great, breakfasts were surprisingly good and the staff were nice (especially Christoph). Compared with cities like Paris, the pricing was relatively good value for money.
We had a person in a wheelchair so the lift was quite small and slow but we got by so it wasn't a huge issue. It's an old building so some of the obstacles for a wheelchair were to be expected.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the train station and walking distance to most points of interest in the city centre. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Breakfast buffet is extensive and has everything you would want including great coffee. The bar area is enjoyable for a night cap. Would definitely stay here again!

Overpriced. Also I changed my mind almost immediately about the booking and contacted the hotel directly - but they were unmoved. Therefore low rating.
