Great room and in the middle of town, lots of cosy hideaways with lovely comfy seating, food was fabulous in the evening and staff friendly
Staff couldn’t cope and were a little unhelpful at breakfast time as was an influx of people and no cups available and food ran out and had to wait a while and made enquiries but still waited a while to get coffees etc..parking was a bit steep as well on top of room price at £15

Comfortable beds, nice breakfast
Looking tired, needs some fresh paint and some tidying up to bring it up to scratch !

The room décor was lovely and bed comfortable but we did pay for a feature room.
No information in room regarding meals, told restaurant opened at 6pm but not told we could get same menu in bar prior to that. Constant background music from bar below (room 5), not impressed. Food was mediocre, roast dinner was cold, service was slow even though not many in bar. Breakfast was ok but not much choice if you didn't want the hot option.
