I really loved the atmosphere and the beautiful interior of the hotel. Everything felt welcoming and well organised. It was a lovely place to stay, and I truly enjoyed my time there.
There was nothing in particular that I disliked. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice staff. Love the decor and buzzing reception area. Nice breakfast. Loads of space. Bar area is cool. Love the decor - so positive. Five minutes walk to Selfridges.
Heating in room was complicated. TV remote didn’t work (but was replaced).

Good facilities like safe, kettle, coffee maker. Very secure lift operation and central location close to shops, restaurants and Hyde Park. Ideally located just above Marble Arch exit so very good from Bond Street (1stop or v short walk) on Elizabeth line from LHR. Nice restaurant on site although we did not use it. Friendly staff. Asked for and received a quiet room. Located at back overlooking Church, very peaceful, from lack of traffic however noisy Saturday night outside and above our room (2055) - see below…..
Bed was still made up as a King not twins as booked. On arrival, as advised, on checking in we were told someone would come up to split it and remake the singles. Utterly ridiculous guests have to experience this in an enormous city centre hotel. Lifts can be busy but typical of a busy hotel. Saturday night was extremely noisy above us and in room beside. It appeared as though furniture was being moved around from 2AM.
