Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und das Zentrum sowie der Busbahnhof sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Personal war sehr nett. Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug sowie dem Treppenaufgang und hörte man dadurch jedes Bedienen des Aufzuges sowie das Fahren des Aufzuges und das Öffnen der Türen, als wäre man selbst im Aufzug.
Zimmer außerdem sehr hellhörig - Fernseher, Betätigen des Waschbeckens des Nebenzimmers konnte mitangehört werden.
Für € 186/Nacht für eine Person erwarte ich tatsächlich eine ruhige Nacht.

Very central and friendly staff. Rooms are modern and nice
Bathroom is very little for a standard double room, unfortunately the mattress was very soft and not good for sleeping, the building is under construction but there was no mention about it on Booking

Excellent location within blocks of the train station and near the waterfront. Well-appointed and comfortable room, quiet, good shower. Excellent breakfast!
Given the extreme heat, a portable fan would have been welcome and helped with sleep.

Room size, loud air condition, elevator to exit hotel didn’t work due to construction work. Would have appreciated to have had a notice in advance…

Location. Easy parking
We paid 200/night for a luxury room and the room was pretty small, facing the noise.of the street in low floor. 200 per night should be enough to buy a better room in my experience

It was clean and neat, fast check in in the middle of the night. The plane was 16 hours delayed, and this was one of the few available hotels that accepted late check in.
We did not use many facilities, also the price was a bit too much for what was on offer. The breakfast was not included in the price, so we could not be bothered to spend our time and money to have breakfast in the hotel. We were in a bit if a rush.

Was given a junior suite, spotless. Staff was available at 2am both on booking messenger and telephone as my flight got cancelled and needed hotel in Trieste. Very clean room. Conveniently close to train station.
A detail. Could have larger choice of soft drinks in minibar. Though this may be NH hotels policy…

I asked for double bed and got two single beds conected.

the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. we were facing the back of the hotel, so the view wasn't particularly inviting; it was very quiet, though. the staff was super friendly. beds were comfortable. location is perfect if one is travelling by train - 5 minutes from the railway station.
breakfast was good but it could be improved.

Excellent staff. The room was perfect, spacious, clean and well located. The hotel is perfectly located, being very close to the central train station and from the center of the city. Just few meter walking.
We did not like the menu of the restaurant as well as the service time. It was closing at 21:30.

The hotel was centrally located and it was fairly easy to walk from the hotel to anywhere we wanted to go. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast that came with the room had a decent amount of variety.
The parking area for unloading was a bit awkward. The hotel garage itself was fairly pricey, but there were other options around it at lower rates, so I really can't complain. Since the garage was valet service, it was not easy to have access to the car if we needed to get anything, but since we stayed just one night, this wasn't such a big deal.

Breakfast was great, so was dinner. My daughter loved the lemon chicken with steamed rice. Asif was lovely and so was the Lady that served us breakfast in the morning on the 19th of March, such a shame did not get her name, but she was awesome. Reception staff was superb, Michela was ever so helpful. It was also my birthday and one of the housekeepers stopped to wish me a happy birthday. Everyone in the hotel is ever sooo friendly..cannot fault our stay! We are looking forward to returning, cannot wait. Thank you for the awesome stay.
The restaurant was closed on the Sunday for dinner and that was disappointing.

Nice comfortable hotel. Close to train and bus stations. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A little bit away from the hustle bustle of the town centre.
Mini fridge wasn't cold.

there was a green light on in my room I couldn’t cover from my bed, something related to an emergency light
