The room and breakfast were very nice. We were particularly pleased that we were able to check-in early as we had just arrived after very long flights from Australia.
We wanted to be close to Denham Village, but found the drive along the narrow part of Tilehouse Lane to Denham Grove to be a bit tedious!

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, helpful staff, nice pool, good breakfast
The hotel is showing its age in general, more of a three star than four star.

Location, staff, room was clean & comfortable and the food was great.
Not a lot

I arrived late and the night staff was welcoming and also made water available to top up my water bottle for a very warm evening.
The room was a little bit unkept, cobwebs, the top tissue in the box was already used! The curtains were hanging off and there was no air conditioning, or ventilation due to the ground floor and the window would not open. Breakfast was poor, dried up and was a poor quality.
