Good location, a fairly short walk from the city centre. Good facilities land particularly like the small kitchenette in the room.
There were 2 fairly narrow beds so mind the gap when they’re pushed together!

Location, reception, cleanliness, price.
The place is right next to Romarin Tram stop, Coubertin bus stop and so the city center and malls for groceries were just a 10 minutes commute at most or a 20 minutes walk.
Enough quiet at night even with a big road nearby.
The kitchen was very tiny, but it was expected to be that size from pictures.
The room got really hot in the morning and early afternoon because it was facing south-east, even with windows open and curtains drawn. Seats were not fitting the desk height.

A fantastic stay! Staff was friendly at the reception, the serviced apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-equipped for preparing simple meals. Breakfast was well worth it and truly exceeded our expectations.
The location is very convenient—just a 10-minute walk to the city center with all the shops you could want, plus a lovely bakery right along the way. Parking was also stress-free, thanks to the underground garage, which was easily accessible, very brightly lit, and secure. Highly recommended!

The location, the view and one receptionists who was kind and spoke english
The breakfast was very poor and the little variety it had was empty sometimes. The room had a very dirty carpet with old stains and hair among other things and the filter of the coffee machine is at least concerning.
