A beautiful property,staff very attentive, food good
Our room overlooked the stable yard, there was a noisy outlet pipe on to a flat roof immediately below our window

Location good, room clean and comfortable
Please beware of the parking, I paid ahead, £10 for two days, parked in the car park adjacent to the room, as did maybe 5 or 6 others, displayed my scratchcard, then after an hour I was reading the small print on my email, the car park is NOT included with the scratchcard, spent an hour after that trying to pay the private company who own the land, still not sure im covered. May go home to a fine. The scratchcard is for on street parking only and trust me, that is very very scarce. So a waste of £10 toatlly

Big bed.
Very dated. Over priced. Fire alarm went off for 5 seconds at 6.50 am. Noisy bathroom fan randomly going off all night. Black out blinds which weren’t. Ayr in general. Poor breakfast. Uninterested young staff at breakfast.
Eterkaine house breakfast 100 * better.
Overall I feel I was over charged and have had much better for less elsewhere.
