The Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel

- Quiet room - Convenient location - Friendly staff

- Heating didn't work

It was reasonably good value for money. Very clean and well presented rooms.

Although our stay was good on the whole, I would not stay there again because of the restaurant. It’s owned by someone other than the hotel and it’s definitely not value for money. We had a continental breakfast on our first morning and we were applauded at the lack of selection, we also looked at the menu to see if they might have better meals for dinner but no so that was the last time we went to the restaurant. We spoke to 2 lots of people who had had a cooked breakfast and they also said they wouldn’t be dining there again.

Everything. Great, friendly staff, perfect location. Spotlessly clean. A great hotel, loved it. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing
