Within easy walking distance from tube station, Fulfilled expectation, just used as a base to stay whilst visiting relatives
Paying a bond as no other hotel I've stayed at has done this so a bit surprised

I really appreciated my two-week stay at Cranbrook Hotel in Ilford, London.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I was particularly pleased with the excellent value for money and the quality of the service.
The location is also convenient, as the hotel is not too far from Ilford Station, making it easy to get around London.
Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would be happy to recommend Cranbrook Hotel to others. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay a good one!

We unexpectedly got a room with a balcony! Was a lovely surprise.
We didn’t see how to open the door to our building so we struggled a little, but that’s half our fault
