8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026

Great location. Glad to see the served breakfast was back on rather than the buffet.

The outside bat was not open on the Friday of a wonderful, sunny, bank holiday weekend. Understand this needed extra work but would have been good to have a staff member to take drinks orders and clear tables.

Bathroom around tha base of the shower door needed cleaning, a smell of urine around the toilet

Night porter was a star…we arrived very late and quite stressed..he was fast, welcoming and just the ticket!

Location brilliant .

No dedicated lounge so in the evenings when we were having a quiet drink /chat staff were putting out breakfast settings. Our bedroom was not cleaned due to lack of staff. Evening meal on our first night was superb but 2 arrived then several minutes after another 2 and eventually the final 2. Very disappointed.
