Charming and full of character. This was my 2nd Hotel stay at the Rowhill. I am a world class traveller and this is an amazing hotel right on the doorstep! Staff are warm and incredibly friendly and attentive. Facilities wonderful, evening restaurant food divine! I have now become a member! Love this place and hopefully I’ll bring friends with me next time!

No dislikes but there was a slight issue with the cold bath tap but management were quick to look into everything.

The room was elegant and very comfortable
Not so much the property although the cost of one night stay, I thought the spa was included. I should have read further down the email. The guests staying either next door or below were loud, the walls are very thin.

The desert was amazing
The property is basically worn out and needs a complete refurbishment. Charging premium prices for mediocre surroundings and service. Nobody on reception at 7am? Food in the restaurant was underwhelming and a bit weird tbh although my flat iron steak itself was lovely and the desert was great too. Staff were seemingly confused and obviously undertrained. It's a shame as I was really looking forward to the night there but I wish I'd gone with the premier inn sorry guys
