The Regent was an amazing place to stay, service was excellent and nothing was ever a problem for them to sort out.
The breakfast service did drop off for a couple of slays as well as the lobby bar too, sometimes having to ask staff if our drinks were coming.

Full contemporary 5 star hotel on the waterfront in superb location. Service and staff were excellent. Facilities are at the upper end of 5 star. Hotel looks quite newly refurnished. Amazing bar and lots of dining options.
Some of the dining / cocktail drinks was quite pricey compared to what you can get around the hotel. Not sure they have got this quite right.
