the staff are amazing April the resturant manager is an increadable lady, as were all the resturant staff.

there were no paddle boards only Kyakas..... minor detail. The hotel is in a bit of a no mans land so you do need to hire a car.

We love Raro. There was one Aunty (staff) at the motel who made the trip memorable. It wasn't the cruisiest trip as we were travelling with a 2YO, but she went out of her way to make sure we were well catered for. Very much appreciated. Thank you Aunty. The view was AMAZING and the beach was beaut and swimable (no sea slugs around!)

The bed was a little uncomfortable, and when we had booked the restaurant wasn't up and running - which we wernt made aware of, but understandable with the whole covid sitch.

The loud drunk neighbour, couldn’t have lunch or dinner there as the restaurant was not up and running yet.

Great spot right on the beach and lovely staff. Recommend having your own transport for some or all of the time, although the bus does stop outside the hotel lobby.

It being beachfront, and practically on the beach. The deluxe suite had a fantastic view of the ocean. That breakfast was included. The facilities on site for lunch, snacks, dinner, drinks & cocktails. The wonderful staff, that were so friendly.

It was all to like really.

Location and beach access

As we have stayed here before, this time I booked a unit on the ground floor with beach access. When we arrived we were given a unit on the first floor. Wasn’t happy as had booked several months in advance. The kitchen facilities in the unit that we were given had no microwave, radio or clock which was listed as being supplied in unit.

Great selection for breakfast. Loved the fresh fruit and sitting on the beach deck to eat. Very stunning. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Great location on one of the best beaches. Wonderful swimming spot.

We were in a first floor room and were disturbed by people above us. However when staff were told that they had been partying until 4am they did speak with them and it didn't happen again.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff were the BEST! Great food and friendly service. Love the location of the hotel perfect view of the beach and amazing snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Totally recommend. I have stayed here twice now :)

The only thing that was a little disruptive was you could hear everything from the next floor up from them walking to dragging furniture across the floor.

Wonderful beach out front of the hotel and the snorkelling is excellent right off the beach. Breakfast each morning was excellent and the staff extremely friendly.

They only advised us a week before coming that the on-site restaurant and bar were not open, so by then it was too late to book anywhere else, we had wanted to stay somewhere with a restaurant and bar for our convenience.

Absolutely great holiday.

Nothing accept poor wifi

The location is perfect. Step out of your room onto a beautiful pristine white sand beach with good snorkelling and kayaking. We really enjoyed staying here. The restaurant overlooking the sea is very good. The surf and turf and lamb shanks were amongst the best food we ate on Rarotonga. The breakfasts were also varied and of very good quality. They were not open for lunch but a 10 minute stroll on the beach takes you to Charlies. Really relaxing and chilled out, clean and simple place to stay. We did not miss a pool at all. Shout out to the lovely helpful staff - Benny and Peta and the great chef.

The Wi-Fi kept bouncing us off

Everything!The location,the staff are all absolutely wonderful ,the rooms and the close proximity to the beach and the area it’s in is a great base from which to explore beautiful Rarotonga 😎I will return next time for sure!
