It was right behind Marks Square but peaceful. Very easy to find your way to everything everywhere is with walking distance and finding new places round every corner.
Breakfast in your room., Resturants and bars nearby
There are a few stairs and no lift.

Room was very nice with good A/C, and breakfast was delivered to the room, thanks. The Ladies and Gent that manage the place were really helpful and extra accommodating. The location was wonderful, just a couple of minutes from Piazza San Marco.
The stairs are a long trip up.

Posizione perfetta dietro piazza San Marco e facilmente individuabile, centrale ma non rumorosa
Staff gentile disponibile
Colazione servita puntualmente in camera ottima
Pulizia ok!
Tipica struttura veneziana con ripide scale interne che purtroppo ne sconsigliano l’accesso a persone con difficoltà di deambulazione.

The location and staff were very good. The room was clean and the AC excellant.
The 65 step climb to our room 106 was demanding.
The description "Hotel" is misleading .
The price we paid 1,340 + for 4 nights is excessive even for the location. This price does not stand up for comparison to proper hotels in the area on our dates 28th May - 1st June
The finish of the room in places is shoddy e.g. the skirtings
We were dissappointed with the expected hotel experience being a glorified B & B saved from a worse review by the very nice staff.
