We loved this place, in fact we stayed twice. The staff are super friendly. The place in a quiet location about 800 from the main street with lots of restaurants and the market. It fronts the beach and also has a wonderful size swimming pool. The room size is excellent and includes a wonderful balcony area, great storage area and the bathroom is good with excellent water pressure and hot water. We thought it to be good value.

The room was dated. Few rears in the curtains needed some paint.

Breakfast was a bit of a let down, certainly nothing special but it was ok. The rooms were cute and looked nice. The view of the sea was beautiful but on entering I’m really not sure if it was even the sea, it seemed to be covered in oil - likely from the boats nearby.
The room was full of mosquitoes - it was so hard to get rid of them. The bathroom seemed to be ventilated by holes built in the wall which was probably how they kept getting in. The location was so far from anything but I guess that could be a positive if you’re after a really peaceful stay 😊

Great location, amazing beach and pool. Good size rooms and shower. Not far from town. Totally walkable along the beach.
By accident I broke a glass. I immediately apologised for my clumsiness but was told I needed to pay for the glass! At first I was taken aback but later researched that this sometimes happens in some Thai hotels with tight margins. I agreed to pay at check out but was then harassed for the rest of the stay to pay the 150TBH including someone calling at our room at 7:30am. The whole thing left a bad vibe to an otherwise good value hotel in a great location.
