The atmosphere, the food at the Jacobean Inn, the thoughtful touches in the room and the friendliness of staff.

Staff were very polite and accomodating.
Towels weren't clean, was in a rush as attending a wedding or would have complained.

The hotel was picturesque. It was quirky in places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant was cosy. The choice of drinks were good. The menu had a good choice of dishes. Food and desserts were delicious. Our room was comfortable. The room was long. There were two TVs in our quirky room, one in the sitting area and one in the bedroom. Our one night stay was enjoyable.
We can't think of anything bad to say.
