Miramare Resort & Spa

Second time staying a the hotel and although we didn’t initially get the room we requested. We were given a fantastic room for the rest of our break.

Nothing.

Excessive costs for extra services (massages, bar, etc.). The restaurant starts closing half an hour early, the waiters block the water dispensers and ask you to leave. Water becomes a paid service, and you can get it for free by paying a premium plan of about €55 per person per day. Eating is stressful; it's a constant countdown.

The villa was fantastic its a great way to stay when traveling with several families. Pool was a fabulous perk. It made the trip. The views were amazing and you could easily walk to the private beaches. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Great location close to everything you wanted to do. They offer activities for all.

What I liked was the hotel itself: it’s beautiful, with nice architecture and clean common spaces. The location is great too, just a short walk to a really nice beach. The view from my room was amazin, probably the best part. And the room was clean, nothing fancy, but ok. The lady at the customer center that organises the trips was lovely and helpful

What I didn’t like was the way the restaurant staff treated us. At the first dinner, when we just arrived, they basically told us to go away, tapped their watch to say it was late, and even clapped their hands to rush us. It felt aggressive and rude, so we didn’t go back for dinner and ended up wasting our half-board. Similar rude attitude at breakfast. The bathroom wasn’t great either. The showerhead was a cheap one you’d find at Lidl for 10 euro and it couldn’t stay on the wall because the support was loose. The bed setup was also disappointing. I had booked a big double bed but they gave us two separate singles. I tried to speak with the manager to give feedback but they never responded, it felt like they didn’t care. Lastly I paid for 3 sea view rooms but for one I got a partial sea view instead. I showed them the photo but they said that was a sea view and didn’t offer any refund
