Likes the location… within walking distance from everything in Millthorpe. Several choices for breakfast and dinner. Liked the air con to cool the upstairs after a hot day. Like that the bed was king size. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Good lighting. Provision of bathrobes and lots of towels.

Sound proofing was bad and we got woken up several times by the next room coming and going. Also could hear the people in the office next door and car doors opening and closing outside. Bed (room 12) was lumpy. Room rafters were dropping dust onto us. My eyes were itchy from the dust. Bathroom had poor ventilation and was damp after a shower. Too much furniture for the small space and over decorated with dried/fake flowers which gather dust.
