Good size room, bathroom good, facilities excellent but the big bonus is eletric vehicle chargers in the carpark. Also I left some jewellery in our room which they sent to me without hesitation.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and happy in their jobs. The room was large and very clean. The shower gels, handwash, shampoo and conditioner were excellent quality. Parking is easy. The club across the car park is very convenient for meals. The continental breakfast had great choices. Having a lift in the building makes it easy to move luggage to the room.
I prefer walk in showers rather than a shower over a bath. Thankfully there was a rail to help steady you in and out of the bath.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The lady on the counter at check in was very lovely and welcoming.
I woke in the middle of the night unable to breathe properly due to a really strong cigarette smell. It lasted on and off for several hours into the early morning. I don’t know where it was coming from. I am a non smoker and I was in a non smoking room. There was no open windows so it wasn’t coming from outside. It made an otherwise comfy stay in a convenient location really unpleasant.
