Excellent service. Great with my visually impaired friends.

9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

The friendliness of the staff, the comfortable room and a delightful evening meal. We were made very welcome on arrival.

Room was very comfortable but floorboards creaking were a bit of a nuisance. Having said that we appreciate it’s an old building.

8 / 10Eccellente·set 2026

Nice grounds and location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

If I was being picky, the room was a little stuffy as we were in the loft room so had to open the windows but can’t complain as nice and quiet up there.

6 / 10Nella media·set 2026

The food was good and better than expected. Our problem with noise was sort of solved we had a meal made complimentary on check out, which saved the situation.

The location is not what I expected as it is in the middle of a residential estate. The bathroom was very dated, although described as a wet room, it was very disappointing. Pillows were lumpy. Room was next to 2 exit doors and was very noisy. Staff seem overstretched and not super happy to see customers. Poor selection of 0.0% beers.
