Very cosy communal areas, very clean, very friendly staff

Camera tripla con Bagno in camera spaziosa e confortevole. Il letto è quello tipico da ostello, ma era comunque comdo. Gli Spazi condivisi molto confortevoli, sopratutto la sala camino e la sala giochi sono state delle piacevoli sorprese.
La cucina era sempre impeccabile e pulita, staff gentilissimo.

The staff were very friendly. Even though we arrived as late as 9 p.m., the receptionist was waiting for us; she checked us in and gave us an overview of the hostel’s facilities. We are very grateful to her.
The hostel features beautiful, classic décor and is very tastefully designed.
The room was spacious, spotless, and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Many thanks to the Filipina lady who cleaned our room. Overall, it was even better than a five-star hotel.

Close to all facilities and attractions rooms spacious for family and clean
No access to sit down for anywhere to eat after 11 o clock with kids. TV room taken up by Ukraine refugees the whole stay with TV language changed and their laptops in TV very ignorant if you wanted to sit down and watch TV with kids at the fire a rare treat made feel unwelcome
