Location & bedding material.

Mattress were like sleeping in a cloud. For someone who had a back prob & traveling with infant like me, its a bit uncomfortable. Plus our room got RAID at 1.30 am by Pejabat Agama Melaka, such a headache as never encounter such issues before. Waken up my baby & we all had sleep deprive in the morning. If your hotel is "hot listed" for such checking, you guys should asked for our marriage cert & such doc upon checking in, so that we wont get disturd by this issues in future.

Great central location free from traffic area. Everything was nice. Surely will choose it again for the next visit. Friendly Staffs , Room was spacious, clean & quiet environment.

they said they upgrade me.but with 2 single bed combined together!!(they only told the upgrade after i complained about the bed.)i,ve deposited rm50 earlier to confirm the booking but the reception did not aware about that.i didn't rqst for the upgrade at all.to make the matter worst the tv also not functioning.really not satisfied with the stay.not recommended at all .the reception should be taught more about customer service,instead or arguing and talk back behind the customer.
