The location is on the Nagar Highway next to phoenix market city mall . Rooms were clean but not very spacious . A good budget hotel for a stay . Breakfast was fresh and good quality

Comb,Its not met for quality. And if the hotel room booked for couples /2 persons pls take to keep all belongings accordingly based on booking so that to avoid multiple calls to housekeeping personals.

I DID NOT STAY AT THE HOTEL , because I requested for a late check in around 11pm on the day of check in but the hotel sent me a message thru booking.com that they can hold on the room only uptill 6pm on the date of check in and if i do not check in by 6pm they will release the room to some one else. It was not possible for me to check in by 6pm since i was scheduled to arrive to reach the hotel only by 11pm. When i contacted the hotel they told it was the hotel policy and they can do nothing about it. So i decided to look for alternate arrangement. BUT I WAS SURPRISED WHEN THE HOTEL DEBITED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE STAY EVEN THOUGN I DID NOT STAY. LATER ON THE NEXT DAY AFTER CHECK OUT HOURS THE HOTEL SEND ME MESSAGE ON BOOKING.COM THAT THEY HAVE ACCEPTED BY REQUEST FOR LATE CHECK IN AT 11PM BUT THAT WAS OF NO USE BY THAT TIME. THIS IS VERY ILLOGICAL AND UNFORTUNATE THAT SUCH A BRANDED HOTEL HAVE TREATED BY SO SABILY AND ALSO CHARGED ME FOR ONE NIGHT WHICH I NEVER STAYED BECAUSE OF THEIR REFUSAL TO ALLOW LATE CHECK IN.
