Sunrise All Suites Resort- All Inclusive

Вкусна като цяло бе храната, за закуската се налагаше да чакаме за палачинките( но какво да се прави че беше предпочитана храна от повечето гости). Не ми хареса, че на бара на плажа нямаше сладолед и сокове (само газирани имаше).

Това което не ми хареса-не зависи от Вас.По скоро от възпитанието на туристите основно от румънски и руски произход- непрекъснато викаха, разхищаваха храна, с часове седяха на масите и трябва да ги изчакваш.Имахме чувството , че бяхме на почивка в чужбина-и повечето отоперсонала не разбират какво ги питаш.

Excellent location, and the buffet was fantastic for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The dessert selection was excellent too! I especially loved the banitsa and crêpes for breakfast. The catfish, meat, and salad selection for lunch and dinner was fantastic, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff were nice, friendly, and professional. The rooms were absolutely massive and very clean — more like a proper apartment than a hotel room! I’ll definitely come back, both for the comfort and, of course, the amazing food! Highly recommended!

There were, however, a few downsides. The staff at the beach bar were a little strange, especially regarding how strongly they emphasised what was and wasn’t included in the all-inclusive package. I have absolutely no problem paying for something that isn’t included, so I found the repeated emphasis a little unnecessary. Unfortunately, the general clientele (mostly Romanian) during our stay was also not the best. As mentioned in some other reviews, there were quite a few guests who behaved in ways that I found rather unpleasant and inconsiderate. For example, loud and inconsiderate of others. Also, seeing people walking into the toilets barefoot was quite off-putting. This is obviously not the resort’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. The beach itself was also disappointing. It wasn’t particularly clean, and the sunbeds were located quite far from the water. We ended up going to Vaya Beach throughout our stay because we preferred it to the resort beach. Another small issue was the ice cream freezer, which looked quite dirty, so I never felt comfortable trying the ice cream. Overall, I’d say the main downside was the clientele rather than the resort itself. Despite these issues, I would still come back because the location, food, rooms, and overall comfort were excellent.

Location was OK but its not in Obzor itself. Its a bit after the city. Its not first line. You have to walk to the beach a bit but it was acceptable. Beach are further in the coast line and it was okay. Staff was friendly at reception and everyone around the restaurant too. Nice lake and food was OK. Animation was nice. There are also shuttles to obzor and back.

The restaurant is not big enough for 3 buildings. If you want relaxing experience, you won't get it in it. It can't take all the people and often you have to wait for tables and food. Pancakes finish fast, small choice of meat. Desserts are artifical. Cleaning staff was irregular and once came in the room even after saying no. When leaving the cleaning personal didn't know we leave in an hour and came to change our bedsheets not for the next guest so we could not rest before the Road ahead. There were only small pillows and the bed is not very comfy..

The size and layout of the apartment were good, offering plenty of space and comfortable rooms for a family.

We returned home with an enterovirus, which completely ruined our trip. Hygiene standards and overall resort maintenance have drastically degraded compared to previous years, with no visible investments being made. Elevator Failures: The elevator broke down twice during our 6-night stay. Shut Down Amenities: Key services were gradually closed, including the pond bar, the à la carte restaurant, and the beach DJ parties. Broken Fitness Equipment: Last year the treadmill was squeaking terribly; this year it was completely broken and marked "Out of Order" instead of being fixed. Inconsistent Food: The daily food quality was hit-or-miss and far from consistent. Language Barrier: Most staff members (from Tajikistan or Dagestan) only spoke Russian, with only a few speaking broken English, making simple requests difficult. We will not be returning unless the resort undergoes a full renovation.
