We stayed at Harbourside Apartments for two nights and really enjoyed it. A staff member met us on arrival, showed us the secure parking, and kindly carried our case up to the third‑floor apartment. The apartment was beautiful, well equipped, warm, and had an amazing harbour view — great for people‑watching, and worth bringing binoculars if you have them. The sofas and beds were comfy, and if you own a Firestick it’s worth taking. The host allowed a late check‑out until 12pm and let us leave our car in the garage for the day (subject to availability), which was a big help with two young children. We’d happily recommend Harbourside Apartments and would definitely return.

The shower wasn’t warm enough, so I had to rush, and there were lots of black hairs left in the shower from previous guests. The kitchen sink plug doesn’t drain properly, so you have to put your hand into the water to lift it and stop food going down. The writing on the microwave has also worn off, making it hard to know which buttons do what.

The location was excellent. Right on the front, overlooking the harbour. The Juliet balcony allowed the sounds and feel of the seaside right into your living room and the views were fantastic. The apartment was clean, well equipped with a great shower and the bedrooms were a good size. The kitchen area had everything you need. The owner, and owner's representatives, were excellent communicators, responding quickly and efficiently from before arriving to after departure and nothing was too much trouble. This was a great place to stay and will definitely be back in future. It's exactly what we wanted. Thank you to all involved. A gem of a place to stay with a great team behind it.

The location is immediately opposite the harbour providing easy access to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Didn’t cause us any problems what so ever but be mindful that the apartments are immediately above a small amusement arcade

The apartment is perfectly located for easy access to everything that South Bay has to offer. Secure parking was a definite plus, as were the complimentary breakfast goodies and Clarins toiletries. The free drink voucher for the Caffe Royale down the road was another lovely surprise. The views from the third floor are amazing and more than worth the climb up the stairs! (And gave the perfect vantage point for the unexpected light parade and drone show as well).

There was nothing I didn't like.
