Close proximity to town centre and it was an apartment so had lots of room and a washing machine/dryer.

Room was serviced once, but only the bins were emptied and bed made. There were no fresh towels or additional toilet paper provided which was unsual with only 1 roll supplied for three days.

Loved the amount of space, washer dryer, balcony view and comfy bed. Felt like a really great value for the price given the quick walk into town.

The location is close to town (~10m walk) but I expected it to be a bit more in the central area.

Absolutely amazing staff! That’s what I must highlight above all. They are so well trained, kind, helpful, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The manager especially was so attentive and willing to assist that I really can’t compare it to anywhere else. The workers here deserve an all inclusive vacation or something, at the very least. Seriously, amazing. Our stay was wonderful. The property itself was exactly as pictured and what I expected. Within a short walking distance to downtown, very clean, modern. The bathroom was especially lovely. I also liked the sheer size of the hotel room- much larger than others! With the thin walls aside (because the hotel cannot be judged on this because every building in NZ is built from cardboard), our stay was truly incredible! Highly recommend!!

Excellent location-10 min. walk to the restaurants, even less to the lake for a dip. Had all you’d need for an apartment. Great view of the lake even though it said it was an alpine view we had plenty of lake view too. Own designated parking. Nice new bathroom.

Bed was okay, would not have been happy to stay long with this bed. Dated furniture. There’s no AC, although TBF probably not really needed. They did have a plug in fan.

Our studio suite was very modern, clean and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The dishwasher was very much appreciated and the bathroom was a decent size. The bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent, being a short walk away from the lake and the town. We were fortunate enough to have some mountain views from our room.

The parking was fairly tight and there was no actual parking spot allocated for our room. We were told to park in the rear of the block where there were 6 spaces. Roadworks - but no fault of the hotel! Luckily we were at the back of the building but we could hear some noise at night. The stairs leading to our room made it slightly awkward to get our luggage etc from our car in the car park.

Well equipped with full kitchen, washing machine, dryer, clothes drying rack, washing detergent, lounge sofa & seats, porper dining table & 4 chairs, many lighting options in the living areas, spacious room, well laid out. There was a ‘boil water’ notice in the room, which the reception gave us bottled water to drink and to rinse our mouths. Friendly and helpful staff. Some rooms have waterviews.

Slightly hilly upward slope 20 min walk for older people to get back to the apartment from the city & gondola. The sliding door was abit tricky to lock as you need to push both sides of the sliding panels together to enable the key to lock. The allocated basement carpark is a bit tight.

We booked one of the basic rooms, roadside, no view. Room size exceeded our expectations. Room was warm, clean and quiet. Location was only a few minutes walk to the bars and cafes along the water front. Super happy with our stay. Great value for money.
